DI-102 is a governor switch for overspeed in the emergency stop of elevator car by shutting the power of motor in case the elevator car runs over a normal speed and in a dangerous speed. The power source of motor is intercepted by opening this governor switch before the elevator car exceed 130% of normal speed and the emergency stop device is operated by opening this governor switch and catching the governor rope before 140%.
